James Beard Dinner Practice





On Tuesday nite, I have the chance to work in the kitchen with some old friends at Niche in Geneva. The task at hand was a practice run of the dinner we would make in a few weeks at the James Beard House in NYC. Here are a few shots of the tasty treats we served.

Tooler, we made some killer avocado enchilladas....you'll need to try them...insanely good! I'll post the recipe.
